We're seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Chrome Design.
This role involves playing a key part in our design projects from concept to completion, collaborating to create solutions that meet client needs within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts and detailed technical drawings, utilizing CAD software.
- Conduct research to inform design decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, budget, and preferences.
- Select materials, colors, lighting, and furniture.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure product and service delivery.
- Oversee site visits and project meetings to ensure design plan implementation.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and timelines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant experience.
- APDIQ membership is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional interior design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and aesthetic acuity.
- Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
- Valid driving license or car is a plus.
